Company Representative and brief Bio Phil Huston. As relates to the travel industry. I fell in love with BC in the late 70’s and in 2000 purchased an old guest ranch there. We did a five year, $10M rebuild and used facility privately until 2015. By that time my family was grown and gone so opened it commercially. Currently building a network of bespoke travel advisors to aid in marketing.

Product Updates 1. New luxury boutique (12 guests) wilderness estate in BC. Family owned and operated. The nicest wilderness rec facility in North America.

2. Primary market is family and multigen travel. 80% of guests come via Virtuoso network but not a virtuoso property. Unlikely to ever be Virtuoso as I believe Upchurch family has enough money without mine.

3. Featured on HGTV for architectual design and location.

How does your company compare to competitors? Canadian competitors would be Nimmo Bay, Clayoquot and Sonora. Faclity is an upgrade to all and priced at about 60% of Clayoquot and NImmo rates. Not sure regarding Sonora.

US competitors would be Rock Creek, Brush Creek, Paws Up which all offer western, not wilderness experiences. Very nice places but large ranches with a $20M spa. There is no longer any wilderness in lower 48. Compare favorably with any Alaskan lodges via architecture, wildlife, activities and price. I’m from the US and love my country but the only folks that go to Alaska are those who don’t know about BC.

We offer an estate experience. We host friends, not guests, who interface with owners, not managers. Only possible because of boutique size. Never one of many. Offering is all-inclusive as defined by the King’s english. Not partial all- inclusive as the the nature of most.
